After working for big companies for years and gaining experience, I wanted to do something different.  So, I started my own business.  I started Carlson Design & Build so that I can be there for my family.  I knew that I was going to have a kid someday and so I wanted to have the freedom to work for myself so that I can be there for my wife and baby when I want and need to be.  Plus, I love building things and working with people to find creative solutions to meet their needs.  Therefore, starting my own business made sense and now I wake up happy and ready to get after it. Life is too short not to do the things you love.

       I married my high school sweetheart Chelsea and we love to spend time together. Whether its hanging out with our baby boy, walking our dog Thor, working on a project together or watching a Marvel movie. We believe that some of the best things in life come from hard work, which is why we are doing our best everyday to build our life.
